The first floor features an open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and social atmosphere. From here, guests can step out onto the balconies and enjoy beautiful mountain views – perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. This level also includes a convenient shower room.

Upstairs on the top floor, you'll find three comfortable double bedrooms, all tastefully furnished. The spacious bathroom on this level includes both a bathtub and a shower, providing flexibility
for guests.

The ground floor is home to the main entrance, a functional laundry room, and internal access to the private garage with space for one car. There is also outdoor parking available for two additional vehicles.
