Penthouse Flora is just a 16-minute walk from the centre of Davos and the main WEF conference facilities. Its ideal location also offers easy access to the railway station, bars, shops, restaurants, a wealth of sports and cultural venues, and the nearest ski slopes.

There is direct access to the apartment from the underground garage with space for two cars. Inside, the living area is furnished with comfortable seating and includes a modern kitchen. Glass doors flood this space with natural light and open onto the outdoor dining area.

The penthouse includes three bedrooms: two spacious double rooms with en-suite bathrooms—one of which opens directly onto the balcony—and a twin bedroom that also has balcony access and a separate shower room.
